Home / Features / Run the job

Run the job

The half of the work most CRMs leave to WhatsApp and memory

A booking is not finished when it is paid for. Someone has to be there, the equipment has to leave the unit and come back, and the customer needs looking after afterwards. Occanovo keeps all of that on the booking.

On the booking, not in your head

Crew and scheduling

Assign people to jobs, see who is free, and let each person see only the work they are on.

Equipment

What is going to Saturday's job, what is already out, and what came back damaged.

Run sheets

The timings for the day, built from the booking instead of retyped into a document.

Logistics

Loading, vehicles, arrival times and addresses, in the same place as the booking.

Close out

What went out, what came back and what is still owed, so a job is properly finished.

Client galleries

Share photos and files with the customer through a link, without another service.

A thank you and a review request, sent for you

A couple of days after each job is finished, Occanovo sends the customer a short thank you in your name, with a button to leave a review on Google or wherever you collect them.

Every customer is asked the same way, as Google requires. If something was not right, the email invites them to reply, and the reply comes to you.

Why reviews are worth the two minutes

For a lot of service businesses, the review count on Google decides whether the phone rings. Most happy customers would leave one. They just never get round to it unless someone asks at the right time.

Occanovo asks at the right time, every time, and you can see who has been asked and what is waiting to go.

An example

A Saturday wedding, start to finish

  1. MondayTwo crew assigned. Each sees the job on their phone with the venue and arrival time.
  2. ThursdayThe booth, printer and backdrop are allocated, so nobody books them for another job.
  3. SaturdayThe run sheet says set up at 18:30, guests from 20:00, pack down at 23:30.
  4. SundayEquipment checked back in. The job is marked complete and the balance shows as paid.
  5. TuesdayThe couple get a thank you with a link to leave a review.
